Annie Whyte works full-time between Kung Fu Tap & Taco and GT's. If she weren't bartending, she would like to be independently wealthy. "If that doesn't work out, prop styling," she said. But the fun and fast-paced bartending environment suits Whyte, and it pays her bills. The only thing that sucks? "People," she said. "They barf, poop and pee."
