Head out west this spring for a homegrown, American dining experience at Table 128. Their menu changes seasonally, offering a mix of both fresh and signature dishes. They source their top quality ingredients from a high percentage of organic and local when available, and craft all of their stocks, sauces, desserts and ice cream from scratch daily.

The low-lit, rustic farm-to-table ambiance is enough reason to head out to Table 128. The food? Even better.

The phenomenal menu — including dishes such as the Angry Donuts and the Crab Cake Club sandwich — makes it a must try in the metro.

As for boozy beverages, the bartender recommends the elder cucumber drink. The cool concoction features St. Germain and lime juice and tastes just as refreshing as it looks. It's the perfect cocktail for those dining al fresco on the patio this spring and summer. The unique sugar, salt and pepper rim combo adds the perfect amount of spice to the crisp cocktail.

The chef's recommendation for dinner: the pork loin, pork belly and scallions dish. Its combination of meats, vegetables, and savory-fresh flavors are unique to the restaurant and definitely won't disappoint. The plate of vegetables, scallions and pork are presented like a piece of delicious art and is large enough to split for two depending on how hungry you are.
