"Running on Empty" singer Jackson Browne will return to Des Moines Nov. 6 for a show at Hoyt Sherman Place. The tour is in support of Browne's 14th album, "Standing In the Breach," which came out last year.

Browne's hits include "Somebody's Baby," "Rosie" and "Doctor My Eyes." "Into The Breach" features the song "The Birds of St. Marks," which Browne wrote when he was 18, but didn't record a studio version of until last year.
