The Des Moines Music Coalition has announced ticket details for the eighth annual 80/35 Music Festival, which will be held July 10-11 in Western Gateway Park.
A limited number of early bird two-day tickets will be $49, while VIP passes will be $135. Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. March 30 through midwestix.com. Des Moines Music Coalition donors will be able to purchase tickets starting at 10 a.m. March 27. New members can sign up through March 25 to take advantage of the pre-sale.
The first lineup announcement will be made April 7.
Once early bird tickets sell out, prices will raise to $59 for two-day and $160 for VIP.
80/35 also announced a new Lagunitas Couchtrippin Lounge, which will feature nine Lagunitas beers not currently available in Iowa, along with mixed drink and wine. A $15 wristband includes one drink ticket and gets attendees access to the lounge. All DMMC members and VIP passholders will also get access. In past years mixed drinks have not been available for purchase outside the VIP area.
PLUS: Check in with 80/35's jam band guy and indie rock chick, two superfans who are dedicated to being the first to know the 80/35 lineup announcement.
