Ruuuuuuuuuun! Zombie Burger is invading the north side of Ankeny with a third location where you and your friends can get ghoul-themed gourmet burgers. The plan is to open no later than May. In addition, the restaurant owners are eyeing Iowa City and Omaha for additional locations.
The people who brought us El Bait Shop, The Royal Mile and Hessen Haus are planning to open an all-Iowa craft beer bar in the East Village. There will be 120 Iowa beers on tap. Unfortunately, we have to wait until late February or early March for it to open. :(
