The Des Moines Register reported on Wednesday that organizers of next month's NCAA men's basketball tournament in Des Moines paid $10,000 to move the annual St. Patrick's parade from March 17 to noon on March 18. Tournament basketball games are scheduled for March 17 and 19, leaving the parade to run through its usual downtown course on a non-basketball day. Jim Gaffigan is bringing his version of dad humor on the road this summer with the "Fully Dressed" tour and there's a stop scheduled at Wells Fargo Arena on July 31. Gaffigan sold out Madison Square Garden last December, one of only 10 comedians to ever do so. His show, "The Jim Gaffigan Show," was recently picked up by TV Land for a second season. Tickets go on sale Friday.
