After the rainy weekend we had here in Des Moines, I'm glad that we'll get at least a little bit of sunshine this week. The warm temps have me excited for summer. Everybody and their mama had tickets to see Garth Brooks at the Wells Fargo Arena over the weekend. With so many shows, however, some Iowans got a little confused. Around 100 Garth fans showed up on Saturday with tickets for Friday. The mix-up might have been caused after additional shows were announced but before tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. March 11 for the original show on April 30. A show for Friday, April 29, went on sale at the same time as the originally listed Saturday show.
