With 56 items in the new foods lineup at the Iowa State Fair, you can expect some to be the usual calorie-laden, deep-fried crazy concoctions on a stick.

But some new foods this year have gone over the top when it comes weirdness, each with unusual presentations and unique flavor combinations.

Cookie Dough Spaghetti

This dessert dish is a fun take on cookie dough in the form of a plate of spaghetti and meatballs with red sauce. Cookie dough spaghetti noodles are topped with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate "meatball," while the red sauce is substituted with a strawberry dessert sauce. Brisket Mango Tango
