Iowa's radio stations are helping get you in the holiday spirit.

From Nat King Cole to Kacey Musgraves, airwaves across the state have been invaded with holiday tunes. For the season music enthusiast — this is a sign of hope. For the Ebenezer Scrooge-types … well, better pack a pair of ear plugs.

Where’s the best place to find holiday radio in the Hawkeye state? A few options can be found below.

104.1 FM in Des Moines: More 104, KMYR FM, is self-described online as “Des Moines’ Christmas music station.” The station’s Facebook page said it plays music commercial-free for three hours on weekdays, starting at 9 a.m. More info:

104.5 FM in Cedar Rapids: KDAT FM, an adult contemporary station, is spreading holiday tunes throughout the Cedar Rapids area. More info:

96.1 FM in Davenport: According to KMXG FM’s website, the hit music station, Mix 96, is dishing out "Christmas music 24/7” on its airwaves this season. More info:

95.5 FM in Sioux City: KG95 plans to start covering northwestern Iowa with holiday music, starting Friday. KGLI FM calls itself “Sioux City’s variety station.” More info:

93.5 in Cedar Falls:  The Cedar Valley-area station, KCVM FM, switches to holiday programming on Friday. More info:

106.1 in Dubuque: The station, KIYX FM, self-described as "Dubuque's Super Hits" plans to bring seasonal favorites "from Thanksgiving to Christmas ... 24 hours a day." More info:
