The first trailer for "A Star Is Born" is out and it stars Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga can certainly rock a theme. She upgraded her title from Lady to Queen with her latest red carpet outfit, channeling an Elizabethan vibe at the U.K. premiere of "A Star Is Born."

Lady Gaga transformed her look from the old Hollywood glamour fans saw at the Los Angeles premiere to an (almost) royally appropriate frock. She arrived on the red carpet in London on Thursday serving a regal look in an Alexander McQueen archive organza jacquard lace dress with three-dimensional gold and pearl embroidery.

The crowning piece of the dress was the lace ruff (or collar), similar to what Queen Elizabeth I was known for wearing.

Co-star and director Bradley Cooper, Welsh pop icon Tom Jones, former Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher and his wife Sara MacDonald also attended the movie's London premiere.

Gaga wasn't the only Lady on the carpet: Princess Diana's niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, also made an appearance at the premiere.

The premiere landed on the same day that Gaga and Cooper released the first single from the film's soundtrack, "Shallow."
