Your Morning Juice, Oct. 11: Weezer's headed back to Des Moines (and the Pixies are coming, too)!


Two of alternative rock's favorite acts, Weezer and the Pixies, return next year to Iowa's capital city. The "Buddy Holly" and "Here Comes Your Man" groups play March 28 at Wells Fargo Arena, a Thursday night. Tickets go on sale Oct. 19. Now, for more entertainment news ...

New Kids at the arena 

New Kids on the Block return to Des Moines next summer — and they're bringing a slew of 1980s and '90s favorites with 'em. Salt-N-Peppa, Naughty By Nature, Tiffany and Debbie Gibson fill out the bill. Tickets go on sale Friday.
